- - Private property claim, representing the Defendant in a major oil spill case in the St. Johns River, Jacksonville, Florida. Client, insurance club/law firm representing the responsible party.
- - Consultation services regarding diminution in value, if any, caused by required clean up, representing landlord’s legal counsel, landlord/tenant costs.
- - Providing consultation arbitration expertise for a South Carolina property owner (responsible party) in an effort to effectively minimize their costs.
- - Private consultant for responsible party involving the Tampa Bay oil spill of 1993.
- - Mr. Harris has attended the seminar “Environmental Risk in the Real Estate Appraisal Process” by the Appraisal Institute, and is an approved instructor for this seminar.
