Mr. Reich is a Certified General Appraiser, with licensing in both North and South Carolina. He has been working on commercial real estate appraisal projects throughout the southeast since 2003. Core markets of focus include North and South Carolina. Mr. Reich has experience with all property types and focuses on more complex assignments including golf courses, ski resorts, mixed-use projects, apartments, offices, shopping centers and industrial uses. Mr. Reich is a Charlotte native and received his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Appalachian State University. He is currently making progress towards his MAI designation.
