NCAI METROLINA VOLUNTEER EVENT AT SECOND HARVEST FOOD BANK
On October 11 our staff had the opportunity to volunteer at the Second Harvest Food Bank. Every week, local companies ship boxes that are slow sellers - it includes anything from toiletries to clothes. We worked to help inspect, sort and pack donated products to be distributed to 700 partner agencies including homeless shelters, emergency pantries and soup kitchens. We volunteered along with other community leaders such as Wells Fargo and UNCC to help give back to the local community.
